Quick Caesar Dressing
Sure, you can emulsify oil and egg together to make Caesar dressing, but I have a quick and easy way that tastes EPIC! If you are following me on Tik Tok, you saw me make the spicy kale Caesar salad copycat recipe from Evergreens Restaurant in Seattle, Washington. Seattle is about five hours from us. Quick Caesar Dressing
Equipment
- food processor
Ingredients
- 1 cup high quality mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh Parmesan
- 1 tbsp anchovie paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- fresh cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to food processor.
- Process and toss in a salad
