Hot Spinach Artichoke dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip is a great appetizer with pita chips, corn chips, or even some heavy duty crackers (that won’t break in the dip. Personally I find those flimsy crackers not good for dipping.) It is a crowd pleaser. It has great flavor but isn’t spicy, and most everyone can enjoy this dish.

Hot Spinach Artichoke dip

This recipe is easy to put together. Simple and elegant. You can throw all of this in a kitchen aid mixer, put it in a nice baking dish, bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes.  Voila! Serve it warm.


2 c. Shredded Parmesan

10 oz frozen chopped spinach

14 oz can chopped artichoke hearts

2/3 c sour cream

1 c cream cheese

1/3 c mayonaise

2 tsp garlic


Mix all ingredients, place in a nice 8×8 baking dish, bake for 20-30 minutes at 375°.
