Creamy Jalapeno Sauce
Who doesn’t enjoy Taco Bell? However, trying to live a healthy life style—Taco Bell does not always fit in! Heck, I have lost over 20 pounds-no sense ruining it! Tonight, we had healthier chicken quesadillas. They were delicious. I tried my hand at making a Copy Cat Creamy Jalapeno Sauce recipe. I will be honest, it was not a copy, but it was DARN GOOD!
Get creative with your quesadillas! You can use so many different ingredients!

- black beans
- pinto beans
- steak

- ground beef
- ground turkey
- ground chicken
- cilantro
- garlic
- onion

Creamy Jalapeno Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp pickled jalapeno juice (from pickled jalapeno jar)
- 3 tbsp pickled jalapenos
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp cumin,ground
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients in food processor.
