Many people have a “go-to” cold pasta salad dish. For most, it is some sort of Italian flavored salad. (Check out a good one here.) This Campfire Potatoes recipe is very versatile and from none other than my husband! You can make it a dinner dish or a breakfast dish.  The amazing thing is, this dish is made of ingredients people usually have on hand. Psst….and it’s good for around the campfire.
