Air Fried Potato Salad
Potato salad is a staple of potlucks, picnics, and summer all over the United States! Let me know in the comments below what your favorite picnic dish is!!!!!! As you know, I like to keep these recipes short and sweet without a life story.
You are going to need an air fryer and pressure cooker for this! Here are my recommendations:

Fried Potato Salad
Equipment
- 1 Pampered Chef Quick cooker, pressure cooker, or instant pot
- 1 air fryer
- 1 large bowl
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into cubes
- Place in Pampered chef quick cooker or pressure cooker with one cup of water
- Set the pressure cooker to steam for 15 minutes
- Add potatoes to an ice salt water bath for one hour (to remove starch)
- Drain
- Add oil, mustard, salt, celery seed, black pepper, garlic powder
- Give it a good stir
- In large bowl, begin to prepare the sauce-add mayo, mustard, ranch seasoning, hard boiled eggs
- Air fry the potatoes for 30 minutes, flipping or stirring after 15
- Add crispy potatoes to the sauce
- Mix.
- Add green onion for garnish and serve immediately
